POLICIES

• Reservations strongly recommended.
• The minimum age for spa guests is 16 years old.
• Make sure to arrive on time, as late arrivals will cut into your service time. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
• 48-hour change or cancellation policy.
• Please note that treatments in the Oceanside cabana requires a swimsuit.
• For your convenience we add a 20% gratuity, but can be changed at your discretion.
• Credit or room charges only. We do not accept Cash.
